Faisal has Masters Degrees in Computer Sciences and Business Administration. He has been involved with employee benefits actuarial and reporting work for both local and international clients. Faisal joined the Firm in 2002.
The areas of actuarial practice that Faisal has been involved in are:

Actuarial
valuations of Post-Retirement Employee Benefit
Schemes such as Pension, Gratuity and others.

Preparation of Accounting disclosures as per
International Accounting Standard 19 "Revised 2011"
(IAS-19R).

Preparing the Reports on Solvency of Retirement
Benefit Funds and Providing advice on the relevant
Solvency issues.

Providing
advice on issues related to Employee
Benefit Schemes.

Development of computer programs used for calculating the obligations of various Employee Benefit Schemes.

Preparation & diagnostic analysis of the Data used for actuarial valuations of Employee Benefit Schemes.

Development and maintenance of the Firm’s website.
